Each month, we highlight a distinguished winemaker and welcome members of their team for an intimate tasting, where guests can explore the stories and craftsmanship behind their most iconic wines — all while enjoying our signature traditional Spanish cuisine.
For this occasion, we are thrilled to partner with the historic Valduero Winery, founded in 1984 and recognized as one of the pioneering producers in the D.O. Ribera del Duero. Their award-winning wines, crafted exclusively from bush-trained Tempranillo vines, embody a profound respect for both land and tradition.
