Pimientos del Piquillo Rellenos de Bacalao

Roasted piquillo peppers stuffed with a traditional creamy cod béchamel.

Croquetas del Puchero de la Abuela

Creamy "Grandmother's style" croquettes made with a traditional stew of chicken and beef.

Espinacas con Garbanzos

Andalusian-style sautéed spinach with chickpeas, garlic, and spices. (Vegetarian)

Vieiras con Mantequilla Negra (+$8)

Three pan-seared scallops served with a rich brown butter sauce and capers.

Carrillera de Ternera

Slow-braised veal cheeks served with a creamy parsnip purée.

Bacalao al Pil-Pil

Atlantic cod loin prepared in a traditional emulsion of garlic, olive oil, and chili peppers.
